Hello, dear people who probably don’t care about the following: I took Jay Weisskopf’s ioquake3 icons, packed them into a Mac icon resource file, and ran it through the very nifty icns2icon so you don’t have to. Download, Get Info and copy and paste the icon onto your ioquake3 app.

So I’ve been down with something or another over the weekend and I still feel like shit after sleeping 40 hours, but I’m here to say I’m alright and apple juice only gets more delicious with a touch of cranberry.
